Quick Quinoa Chocolate 'Milk'
Dairy Free, Vegan, Gluten Free, Corn Free, Soy Free

Quinoa is a balanced plant protein and provides 8 essential amino acids plus albumin therefore, a good milk alternative. Everyone loves Chocolate flavored milk and Quinoa is also high in fiber - what a bonus! Extra ice can be added to this recipe for a smoothie texture if desired.

In a food processor or blender add 2 heaping Tbsp. Quick Quinoa Powder, Extra-Fine and 1 c. boiling water. Blend until smooth and let rest for 2 minutes. Add 1 heaping Tbsp. of your favorite powdered Cocoa, 2 cups cold water and 6 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Sweeten to taste with Stevia or sugar. Quick Quinoa Chocolate 'Milk' can be made ahead and stores well in the refrigerator - stir well before drinking. Quick Quinoa Chocolate 'Milk' is best when it's icy cold just like regular Chocolate Milk!
