Quick Quinoa Granola and Rubarb
8 tbsp. Nor Quick Quinoa Powder
20 Whole raw almonds organic
- leave out for nut allergy
2tsp. Noruin cold Milled Golden Flax, Organic
1/2 c. Organic dried sourcherries
2 tbsp. canola oil
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Put the almonds in food processour and pulse for coarse grind, then add remainder of ingredients and mix together briefly- don't over mix into a paste. Pat into 5" x 9' silicon baking dish and place in 350 degree oven for 40 minites, and stir the mixture when it has been in the oven and let cool. Store in a ziplock bag in refrigerator.
Rubarb: Cut stalks of rubarb into 2 inch pieces and place on stove top on high heat untill the rubarb is boiling. Reduce heat to simmer and cook another 10 minites. Cover and cool in the refrigerator untill breakfast.
